I Buy Coins Monthly on LivU but Can’t Connect After Purchase
Hello, I’ve been a loyal LivU user for three years, and I regularly purchase coins every month. However, for the past few weeks, I’ve been facing a serious issue: right after I buy coins, the app refuses to connect. The match screen just stays stuck on “waiting,” and I can’t get into any interactions.
I even tried switching devices thinking it might be a phone issue, but the same problem continues. This clearly shows that the problem is with the app itself, not the user. It's beyond frustrating to pay for a service and get nothing in return.
As someone who supports the platform with regular purchases, I expect LivU to fix this connection issue immediately. You’re taking my money—at least make sure the app works!
