I placed an order with Little Caesars and called back just 3 minutes later to ask if I could pick it up in 40 minutes instead. Their response was, "We’re already preparing your order, so it’ll be cold by the time you arrive." I found this incredibly frustrating, especially since I order from them multiple times a week and was only asking for a one-time favor. A simple request like this should be manageable for customer service, but it feels like they don’t care about keeping regular customers happy. I expected better from a brand I support so frequently.
