Little Caesars Pizza Order Delayed by 40 Minutes Past Delivery Time

I placed a pizza order through the Little Caesars app, and even though it was supposed to be delivered within a certain time, it was delayed by over 40 minutes. We tried contacting the restaurant through the app, but they didn’t answer the phone. I also called, and still no response. We ended up canceling the order after waiting for an hour while hungry. Now, we’ve had to place an order from another restaurant, and it’s going to take another hour and a half for delivery. If they can’t handle timely orders, they shouldn’t be in this business. This was an incredibly frustrating experience.
