Little Caesars Failed to Deliver Pizza on Time and Refused to Cancel Order

I ordered two medium pizzas from a Little Caesars branch, and the representative on the phone told me the delivery would take 35 minutes. However, after waiting 45 minutes with no delivery, I called back for an update. The person on the phone kept me on hold for a long time but couldn’t provide any explanation for the delay. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order, they refused and made disrespectful comments, which is unacceptable customer service. I’m very disappointed with Little Caesars for not fulfilling my order on time and for refusing to correct their mistake. I expect them to take responsibility and improve their service immediately.
