I ordered two medium pizzas from a Little Caesars branch, and the representative on the phone told me the delivery would take 35 minutes. However, after waiting 45 minutes with no delivery, I called back for an update. The person on the phone kept me on hold for a long time but couldn’t provide any explanation for the delay. When I told them I wanted to cancel the order, they refused and made disrespectful comments, which is unacceptable customer service.
