Missing Items and Cold Pizza from Little Caesars – No Resolution Offered

I ordered from Little Caesars, requesting extra parmesan crust on my pizza and additional fries, but neither was provided. On top of that, the pizza arrived cold. Since we had guests, the kids opened the pizza and started eating before I could address the issue. When I called customer service to explain, they told me that due to their procedures, refunds, replacements, or adding missing items weren’t possible.

I order from Little Caesars at least 2-3 times a week, and I’m really disappointed with this experience. I expect an apology and a resolution, as I was charged for items I didn’t receive. This situation needs to be addressed immediately.
