LifeStance Therapist Lacked Experience and Provided No Help or Resolution to My Issues

LifeStance Health was an absolute waste of time and money. I made an appointment with one of their therapists, but it felt like I was speaking with someone less experienced than myself. The therapist seemed unclear on how to handle my difficulties and offered no useful advice or solutions. The entire experience was frustrating, and I left the session feeling even more confused than before. Furthermore, their patient portal is difficult to browse, particularly if you are already suffering from technical challenges. If you're searching for genuine mental health support, I'd recommend going elsewhere. LifeStance does not appear to be equipped to support persons in need.
