LifeStance Health Made Me Wait for 40 Minutes In a Virtual Room With No Communication

I had a bad experience with LifeStance Health. I signed into the virtual waiting room for an appointment and waited for more than 40 minutes with no communication. There was no communication or explanation for the delay, and I was unable to contact anyone using the phone number indicated on their website. After waiting so long, I finally gave up. It's sad that they couldn't even manage a simple virtual appointment. If this is how they handle patients from the start, I'm pleased I didn't become too engaged. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend LifeStance Health to anyone seeking dependable mental health care. Their lack of professionalism raises concerns.
