LifeStance Health's patient portal isn’t letting me access my appointment history or previous session notes. How can I fix this problem?

If you're having trouble with the LifeStance Health user portal, you should first get in touch with their customer service. They will be able to help you figure out what's wrong by listening to what you have to say.
