LG Wants To See Devastated TV for Helping Earthquake Victims

The LG TV, which I bought because I trusted its quality and service, was invisible and unusable as it was under the collapsed wall of our house in the February 6 earthquake, but when I called customer service to find out if they could help, the service said that they had to see the TV otherwise they could not take action. The TV was trapped under the wall and our building collapsed because it was heavily damaged. I bought a TV with trust in LG, but I am disappointed with LG's attitude, even though other brands offer product renewal or product replacement without the need for service. I hope they make up for this mistake as soon as possible.
