My LG Heat Pump Has a Defect, No Support Despite Warranty




I purchased an LG heat pump a month ago, but it turned out to be defective. The system reported a manufacturing issue due to insufficient gas. Even though it’s still under warranty, I haven’t received any assistance despite calling multiple times over the past several days.
I’m considering returning the product, but even that request is being ignored. Living in an earthquake-affected region, we’re already dealing with significant challenges, and this situation has added to our frustration. We trusted LG for a reliable product, but instead, we’re left feeling disappointed and neglected.
I demand immediate action—either fix the issue or process the return promptly. This is unacceptable treatment for a customer, especially for a product under warranty!
