My home was devastated after an earthquake and unfortunately, the LG television I had recently bought from Teknosa was completely destroyed. I purchased the television less than a month ago and I am urging the companies involved to provide assistance to the affected community. Could you please help me? Despite having acquired them recently, all the items in my trousseau have been destroyed. Could you please assist me by either refunding the amount or replacing the television? The government is offering aid, and it's important for companies to contribute too. The earthquake has caused immense devastation, affecting people not only physically but also emotionally. Seeing my house destroyed and my favorite TV shattered has made me feel completely powerless. In times like these, we seek support and understanding from companies.
