The problem was with the mainboard, which required replacement. They stated that they would check the stock and, if available, perform an in-home replacement due to the size of the TV. They informed me after 1-2 weeks that they had it in another city and would come to install it. What is the price? A staggering 12,500 tl. I reluctantly agreed. However, it did not work after installation. They attempted a fix, but it was also ineffective. They then stated that they needed to return it due to a lack of proper packaging. They promised to return once everything was in order. I contacted them again after two weeks of silence. They took the television, promising to provide an update on the part. I got a call on August 22, 2023. They hadn't made the necessary part, making a repair impossible. They provided two options: a 75-inch TV or an 85-inch TV, both of which required an additional 40,000 tl payment. It's incredible how LG fails to maintain product quality and customer satisfaction. They sold me a TV that didn't come with replacement parts, and now they're offering an insufficient solution. Worse, the new TV will not come with a warranty. If you're thinking about buying an LG television, keep the poor service and lack of spare parts in mind. They managed to irritate even the most composed of people like me.
