LG Tumble Dryer's Endless Repairs, Unresponsive Service, and Failed Solutions

We bought a dryer in November 2021, only to have our high expectations dashed shortly after. It began to make noise while spinning after about a month. The service technician arrived and repaired it, but the problem reappeared a few days later. The service attempted to resolve the same issue four times, but it remains unresolved. They kept us waiting for months, claiming that new parts were on their way. They eventually mentioned the possibility of a trade. When we contacted them, they always assured us that an exchange was in the works. Our machine has been broken for about 20 months, and they have been passing us back and forth between the local service and headquarters. Despite numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages, nothing has changed. The service acknowledges that the dryer has a chronic production problem, but they fail to address it effectively. They are constantly postponing and deflecting responsibility. During our most recent conversation, the local service admitted that they were unable to provide a solution and advised us to pursue legal action. They refuse to send me the necessary repair forms, ignore my calls, and do not respond to my messages, despite my repeated requests. While in operation, the machine emits burning odors, tears clothes, leaves white scratch marks, and makes loud noises that disturb neighbors. When I contact the headquarters, they always promise to contact me and provide updates, but they never do. Despite knowing that the repairs have repeatedly failed, they refuse to accept returns or exchanges. Their suggestion is that we return the machine to the service center for another repair or exercise our legal rights. They are well aware that the repairs have been ineffective and that the problem has persisted. The machine now not only damages clothes and makes excessive noise, but it is also ignored by everyone.
