My LG washing machine broke down in December 2024, and I’ve been stuck in a cycle of delays and unresolved issues ever since. I filed a service request, and a technician was sent to inspect it. They ordered a new shock absorber, came back later to install it—but the loud noise issue was still there.
The machine was then taken to the service center. When it was returned, the noise problem hadn’t improved at all. I even told the technician that there seemed to be looseness in the drum. He confirmed it, said he would order the necessary part, and left. That was over six months ago. Since then, no one has called, no one has followed up, and the machine is still making the same awful sound.
Because the repair still hasn’t been completed within the legal timeframe, I requested a full product replacement. But even that request is being ignored. I’ve lost all confidence in LG’s service.
LG, this is completely unacceptable. I paid well over ₺ for a washing machine that now sounds like it's falling apart—and your support team has gone silent. Either replace this unit immediately or fix it properly without further delay. I will escalate this if no action is taken.
