LG Washer-Dryer Noise During Spin
On March 19, 2022, I purchased a washer-dryer from the LG store. Approximately six months after the purchase, a noise started to occur during the spin cycle. This noise gradually intensified. On October 3, 2023, I contacted the service; they created a repair request but responded: "If there is a problem caused by usage or if no malfunctions are found in the device, your service may charge a fee. Technical malfunctions are covered by the warranty." I stated that there was no problem, the device is definitely malfunctioning; such a high level of noise is not normal. A repair request was then created. Later, employees from the authorized service center near my home called to schedule an appointment. I explained the circumstances to them again. They said, "We will come to you, connect the machine, if no malfunctions are visible, then we charge a fee of 400 T₺." I replied that the machine has a malfunction, come, but I am not willing to pay 400 ₺. Since then, the service has not arrived. The Kutup store, which claimed, "we will always help you" during the sale, also showed no interest in the situation. I intend to file a consumer court complaint. If I had known how indifferent LG is, I would not have bought this machine. Evaluate the noise level based on your preferences.
