It has been an adventure ever since we bought an LG dryer. It works OK sometimes, but won't start at all other times. The problem remained until June 13, 2023, when we decided to file a service request about it. But it's been two months since we last heard from you. After calling the service center and being told they were closed for the day, no one has touched out to us. The fact that the service technician still hasn't shown up after waiting all morning only adds insult to injury. LG's lackluster customer service is becoming increasingly obvious. I am very dissatisfied with the poor communication, lengthy wait periods, and unpredictable service. It's disappointing when customers spend money on a product but don't get the service they anticipate. I'll have to reevaluate my interest in LG products from here on out.
