LG Dryer Operates Noisily, and No Repair is Provided
Just half a year ago, we purchased an LG dryer. Two weeks after the purchase, the product started operating with incredible noise and even moved; as a result, all our clothes began to shrink. The clothing of my wife and me, which we bought in XL or L sizes, has now shrunk to size S. We filed a repair request, and LG support service came. They started the machine, heard the noise, and saw the shrunken clothes, stating that the product is defective and should be replaced. They promised to proceed with the replacement. A month passed, but there were no responses. When I contacted them myself, I was informed that the LG center refused the replacement. Even after resending the video, I received a refusal again. During this time, there has been no communication from the company. Although the technical specialists themselves acknowledged a manufacturing defect and demanded a replacement, we have been kept in a victim status for two months. No one has even said, "we will fix it," and for two months, we have been unable to do laundry at home. My wife is forced to handwash some items. Today, when I contacted the company, they replied: "we can't do anything." I want to state that I will defend my rights through the legal process. If necessary, I will demand a refund for the machine and compensation for the clothes that we can't wear due to its shrinkage. I regret purchasing from LG.
