LG Refused to Replace My Faulty Washing Machine Despite Ongoing Issues



Hello, I purchased two LG washing machines in April, and while one works perfectly, the other has been problematic from the start. We installed the machine in the 6th month, and from the first use, it failed to spin properly and was extremely noisy. I reported this issue to the service in the 7th month and requested a replacement, but they neither repaired nor replaced the product. Due to home renovations, the machine remained unused for some time, but when we resumed using it last month, it was excessively noisy and leaked water. Upon contacting the service again, they refused to replace the product, citing that the 6-month period had expired, and demanded a repair fee of ₺6,000. It is evident that the machine has been faulty from the beginning, and I kindly request a resolution through either a replacement or a refund. Thank you.
