LG Refrigerator Motor Failure, Inept Repair, and Continued Problems

Our LG refrigerator's motor failed, so we sought technical assistance from the authorized dealer in Sanliurfa. They asked us to wait 21 business days after we paid for the necessary motor parts. The waiting period has ended, but the parts have yet to arrive. When we went to the technical service, they couldn't tell us when the parts would be available. Customer service is completely unresponsive. In a hot place like Sanliurfa, having a non-functional refrigerator is a nightmare, but LG doesn't seem to care! We are unable to locate a suitable point of contact. We require immediate communication with a knowledgeable representative who can address the issue and complete the necessary repairs to our refrigerator as soon as possible.
