My LG 588L Bottom Freezer Fridge Has Cooling and Paint Issues

I bought an LG 588-liter bottom freezer refrigerator, and from early on, I’ve experienced multiple serious issues. The fridge has cooling problems, cracked paint, and other performance faults that should never occur in a product from a so-called premium brand.
When I tried to report these problems, LG didn’t respond to any of my complaints. While the company is more than eager to promote and sell its products with flashy promises, the moment something goes wrong, they quickly hide behind the default excuse of “user error”—without proper inspection.
To make things worse, the LG service center in Mersin was extremely unprofessional. Their attitude was dismissive, saying things like “Go ahead and file a complaint—do whatever you want.”
LG, this is not how customers should be treated. I expected quality not just from the product but also from the support behind it. I demand immediate action to resolve the cooling issue, repair the paint defect, and provide respectful customer service. If this continues, I’ll take every step necessary to protect my consumer rights—and I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting this brand.
