Levi's Store Gave Me Wrong Size Jeans and Refused to Apologize

I bought two pairs of jeans last week, with the second one being 50% off. However, the sales assistant at the store seemed clueless about what she was doing or which jeans to recommend. She was clearly in a bad mood. When I got home, I realized that one of the jeans she put in my bag was the wrong size. I waited until the next morning to call the store. On Monday, I explained the situation, emphasizing that the mistake wasn’t my fault and that they needed to offer me a satisfactory solution. The person on the phone asked if there was a nearby UPS location, but I explained that I couldn’t go anywhere because I have babies at home and needed to wait for my husband to return from work. I then proposed a solution: I would return the wrong jeans to them, and they could offer me a special discount or some other form of compensation as an apology, considering the inconvenience. It’s a 100-kilometer round trip, and my car runs on fuel, not water. When I arrived, the employee was completely unprofessional, like a kid who didn’t know what to do or even how to listen. I asked what they would offer as an apology, considering it wasn’t my fault that I had to come all the way there. He said, “Nothing!” He then called his boss for instructions, and I overheard him saying, “I already told them that something like that isn’t possible, but they don’t understand.” What kind of response is that? I left the store and told them they had my number if they wanted to apologize. Nobody called. To make matters worse, another manager I spoke to on the phone earlier had promised to resolve the issue, but nothing happened. The Levi's Store clearly has no idea how to handle customers or provide proper service. They don’t value their customers at all.
