I Report Refused Exchange on Nike Air Force Gift at Midtown Store
On the evening of June 26, I received a pair of Nike Air Force sneakers as a gift. Just two days later, on June 28, I visited the Nike Midtown store to request a size exchange. To my surprise, the store manager not only refused the exchange but also raised his voice at me during the interaction, which I found entirely inappropriate and unprofessional.
The manager accused me of wearing the shoes, claiming they could not be exchanged because they were used. This is simply not true. I had only tried the shoes on once at home, and they were in perfect, unworn condition when I brought them to the store. I’m deeply upset by both the dismissive behavior and the false assumption that I had damaged the product.
As a customer, I expect to be treated with respect and to be offered solutions—not accusations. I kindly request that Nike honor the exchange for this unworn product and that the store personnel receive guidance on proper customer service conduct.
