Zara Lost my Package Twice! Demanding Compensation and Proper Communication

They lost my package not once, but twice! I ordered from Zara and I'm so excited for my package to arrive! Hey, you know what? It didn't show up. Twice! I can't even believe how annoyed I am right now. How could a big company like them lose not one, but two packages? And on top of that, they haven't even tried to fix things. Nothin'! No sorry, no money, nothin'! Like, as if that wasn't already enough, I thought I'd give them another shot and buy a jacket. I had no idea that this whole thing would leave me broke. Zara, you really got me feeling down and out. their communication skills are just terrible. They haven't even bothered to reach out or address my concerns properly. they haven't told me anything and just keep giving me false hope. Zara should fix this ASAP, make it up to me!
