Levi's Pants Have Quality Issues
I had a major issue with the ash-colored pants I bought from Levi's. I noticed a defect when I made the purchase and exchanged it at the store. However, after one or two washes, a new defect appeared, so I returned it, and they acknowledged the mistake. I purchased the same pants again and experienced a similar issue from a different store. This time, they refused to address it. What is your understanding? I will take this matter to the Consumer Arbitration Board. I won't buy pants from Levi's at Cepa again; they don't even provide an explanation.
