Lee Cooper Jeans Faded in 5 Months – Denied Refund or Exchange
We purchased two pairs of Lee Cooper jeans, and within just five months, the colors began to fade. We took them back to the store, and they were sent to Lee Cooper for inspection. The company responded, claiming there was no manufacturing defect and that the fading was due to user error. However, fading from sun exposure should not be blamed on the user, especially without any warning against sunlight on the product. I am very disappointed with Lee Cooper’s response and refusal to offer a refund or exchange. I will be filing a complaint with Consumer Rights to address this issue, as the quality and customer support were not what I expected.
I haven't received a response for 2 weeks, so I guess I'll have to resolve the issue with the Consumer Arbitration Board.
