I was at the store for Levis 501 and they only had my size on the mannequin. But, they were cool enough to bring me that exact pair, but when I got home and tried on the jeans, I didn't see any issues at the back because you can't really see it when you wear them. I didn't even notice there was a problem until my friends mentioned it. so upsetting, thinking you had the parfect pair....anyway, took the jeans back to the store to show them what was up. get ready! they said no to exchanging or refunding the product. That sucks, I haven't even gotten to wear my jeans yet. I just want either a replacement or my money back for this messed up product, it's super important to make sure customers are happy, especially when they're spending a lot of money on fancy jeans. the store must reconsider and hook me up with the right solution for this mess.
