Levi's Trabzon Store Refuses Return Due to Torn Label
I paid 1600 TL for jeans at the Levis Meydan store in Trabzon. When I got them home, I realized they weren't to my taste, so I tried to return them. However, I was told that because I had removed the barcode and label, they would not accept the return. While the jeans were still on me, the store employee tore off the barcode to check the price. When I told them, they accused my coworker of wrongdoing. It was an odd accusation. Furthermore, they informed me that I could only return the item on the first day and exchange it within the next 15 days. Is the 15-day return policy only applicable from the time of purchase? Their customer service is appalling. How are they able to impose a 15-day return period? Furthermore, the employee has the audacity to accuse me of lying and question whether my coworker tore off the label. Why would I tell a lie about something so important?
