Levi’s 501 Jeans Lost Shape and Quality—Requesting Exchange

December 2, 2024 4:29 PM19

I purchased the famous Levi’s 501 jeans from Boyner in Istanbul, expecting premium quality from both brands. However, I was deeply disappointed when the jeans started to stretch excessively and the knee area lost its shape after minimal use. This is far from the durability and craftsmanship I anticipated.

Due to my dissatisfaction, I have lost trust in both Levi’s and Boyner. I have shared my negative experience with others and will reconsider shopping with either brand in the future. Being out of town has prevented me from addressing this issue in person at the store. I am requesting an immediate exchange for this defective product and expect prompt action to restore my confidence.

"Even though it went to review three times, the complaint that was constantly claimed to be caused by the customer was returned to the company by the Consumer Arbitration Board because it was found to be caused by production. The firm that resisted this much neither won nor lost; I leave that judgment to you. Thank you very much to those who brought the Consumer Arbitration Board into existence. Be yourself, defend your rights to the end, and never give up. I also thank Xolvie for giving us a voice and allowing us to be heard."
