Every time I try to log into my Letgo account, I’m immediately shown a message saying, “Your account has been banned.” There’s no explanation—just a vague direction to contact the support team. I followed instructions and reached out through their support messaging system multiple times, but no one has responded. It’s incredibly frustrating to be locked out of my account without knowing why, and even worse to be completely ignored when trying to resolve it.
I have items listed and conversations pending, and now I can’t access any of them. This lack of transparency and communication is completely unacceptable from a platform that handles user-to-user transactions.
Letgo, I need someone from your support team to contact me immediately. I want to know why my account was banned, how to fix it, and how to prevent this from happening again. Please do the right thing and restore access or at least give users the respect of a reply.
