My Letgo account, which I have actively used for many years—at least 10 years—was suddenly blocked without any warning or any information provided to me.
My account being closed despite never posting prohibited items, never engaging in fraud, and never violating any platform rules has both surprised me and caused significant inconvenience.
I noticed that I couldn’t access my account about 3–4 months ago, and even though I contacted Letgo support afterward, I received neither a clear explanation nor any solution to my problem. The requests I submitted were not answered in any meaningful way.
I request a clear, detailed, and written explanation of the exact reason why my account was blocked, and more importantly, I request that my account be reactivated. I believe my account was suspended unfairly, and I want this issue resolved as soon as possible.
