Letgo Support Not Responding to Suspension Appeals

About six months ago, my Letgo account was suspended indefinitely without any explanation and even though I had not engaged in any improper activity. I actively used my account both to post listings and to purchase items, but my access was completely blocked without any stated reason.

After my account was suspended, I sent multiple emails to customer service. I clearly stated that I had not violated any rules or engaged in any suspicious behavior and asked them to explain what they claimed I had done wrong. Despite this, I never received an explanation, a response, or even the smallest piece of information about why my account was closed. Since I can no longer log in, I also have no other channel to submit a request.

I do not accept that I violated any rule. I request that my Letgo account be re-examined considering all my previous messages, that it be reopened if it was suspended unfairly, and that I receive a clear and detailed explanation about why my account was closed in the first place.
