Lenovo Loq 15IAX9 Battery Drain Issue While Gaming—Requesting 230W Charger Replacement
I’m experiencing a frustrating battery drain issue with my Lenovo Loq 15IAX9 laptop. While gaming, even when connected to the charger, the battery level decreases significantly, with the 170W adapter failing to provide sufficient power. Despite being aware of this widespread issue, Lenovo support suggests sending my almost-new device in for servicing rather than addressing the root cause by replacing the charger with a 230W model.
It’s disappointing to face such a basic problem with a brand-new laptop. After only three days of use, my battery drops to 80% during gaming. Is this device expected to function as a desktop once the battery ages? I urgently request that my 170W adapter be replaced with a 230W charger to resolve this issue without unnecessary delays.
