Lenovo Laptop Was Sent With Scratches Without Repair From Service




I've sent my Lenovo computer for warranty service twice due to various issues. However, even after these two service submissions, the problems persisted, and my computer returned to me with scratches and other issues that weren't present before. For the third time, I sent the device with a request for an exchange. Prior to its arrival, when I called to check on the status, they informed me that a replacement report had been issued. However, upon receiving the device, I found no such report. Instead, it stated that there were no issues with the device. To my dismay, the device had arrived with scratches on the screen and camera. I kindly request that the damaged parts, which occurred on my device after sending it for service, be replaced. Your assistance in resolving this matter is greatly appreciated.
