Lenovo Notebook Dead Pixel Issue and Unresolved Service Dispute

My Lenovo laptop, which I hardly used for 15 months just to watch movies, unexpectedly got dead pixels on the screen. When I took it in for repair, they turned it down, saying it was my fault. Even though they made bold statements, they failed to present any proof of harm caused by me. I'm not happy with how their repair department handled the situation and I expect them to take the necessary steps. Just patiently waiting for a response from those in charge.

First of all, thank you. Yes, a response was given. However, we have not reached a solution. They stated that the malfunction was user-induced, but when I mentioned that it had not been subjected to any impact, they indicated that there was internal damage and continued to refuse to cover it under warranty, claiming that the user caused the internal damage. I requested the return of the product without repair.
