Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3 Battery Worn by 40% – Warranty Not Covering Replacement

16

I own a Lenovo Ideapad Slim 3, which still has 14 months of warranty left. My device’s battery has deteriorated by 40%, which I believe is abnormal in such a short period. I sent the device in for service, but Lenovo requested a fee for the battery replacement. I raised my concern and requested reconsideration, as this wear seems excessive for the time I’ve had the laptop, yet they still insisted on charging me.

My issue remains unresolved, and I am extremely disappointed with the warranty coverage. I expected better support and fair treatment for such a significant issue.
