Even when it was plugged into a 135W charger, my Lenovo Ideapad Gaming 3 laptop was losing battery power and getting too hot. When I called technical support, they told me that it would be replaced with a 170W charger. I shipped them the 135W adapter, but they told me that the 170W chargers weren't available right now and had to be ordered from abroad. But I need the adapter as soon as possible because I'm an architect and need it for drawing projects. Why didn't they just order the adapter before they asked me for it? I want this problem to be fixed right away. I want at least a temporary adapter until the new one comes. Thank you.
