Lenovo Computer Misinformation and GDPR Violation

I called Lenovo at 0212 912 0134 and was told by the machine that it was the technical support line. There was a wait, and then I spoke with someone. "I know you're technical support, but I want to buy a tablet," was the first thing I said. Could you help me with that?' "Of course, let's help," they said. They asked for my first and last name, phone number, email address, information about my company, and the city I was calling from. Then they told me, "We can't help you." They broke the law about protecting personal information, which is why I want to file a complaint. This is something I plan to take to court. Because I want to stop the wrongdoing, I want this to be a record of my complaint so that everyone can see it. This is something I am adamant about.
