My children are using my Lenovo tablet, which is still under warranty and for which I have submitted the receipt, and they have forgotten both the pattern lock and email address. I performed a wipe data factory reset, but I still can't get past the pattern lock and email screens. I contacted E*** via live chat at https://pcsupport.lenovo.com/tr/tr/mslivechat about this, but she said they don't offer support for this issue. When I asked if I should throw the tablet in the trash, she told me I'd have to contact Gmail or Android. I asked how to contact Gmail and what to say. I also told them the email address wasn't known, but they said there was nothing they could do. OK, I'm changing my request. Flash a stock ROM for my tablet. When I explained that I had a software issue, she said technical service only provides partial support. I will also file this complaint in English on the Lenovo us page. E*** hasn't taken any action within the scope of customer satisfaction. If your procedures include providing software support, but I haven't received it, I'm also filing a complaint against them. Lenovo TAB M9 (TB310XU, TB310FU) - Type ZAC5 Sn.: HA21NX0C I request your immediate response regarding this matter. If you don't provide software support, then both your support and the tablet are useless. It's wrong to sell or allow users to use this device if they're likely to forget their screen pattern or password. You should include a statement in your advertising, website, and user manual stating that support will not be provided in this regard.

I recently sent my Lenovo tablet for service due to a broken screen. However, the service center quoted an exorbitant repair fee for the screen replacement, which was higher than the cost of a new tablet. Naturally, I declined their offer, paid nearly 500 TL as a service fee, and requested the retur...

Lenovo tablet's screen ended up cracking. the service's response is so confusing - they said my tablet screen is completely wrecked. It's kinda weird and makes me wonder if the product is any good at all, I mean who wouldn't question this?? kinda funny and sad that they thought a cracked screen was ...

I am absolutely furious and incredibly disappointed with my new Lenovo Tab M11 tablet! I bought it just four days ago from Trendyol, specifically because it was advertised with a strong battery. However, the battery life is absolutely horrendous; it drains incredibly fast. I'm talking a 2% drop just...
