Lenovo Tab P11 Gen2 Motherboard Burned

I bought a Lenovo tablet 8 months ago. When I was buying it, I couldn't decide between two models, but I ended up going with the second generation P11. But, I had a lot of problems. The first time I took it in for service, they gave me a new pen, but the issues kept happening. So, this time, the motherboard got fried, and I asked for a refund. I wanted to get the refund report, add some money, and buy a different model because I was really frustrated. Anyway, it took a lot of time to prepare the refund report. It took 2.5 weeks to complete the report, and within that time, the price of the desired device went up from 15,000 to 21,000. I finished preparing the report and sent it to the courier service. When I called customer support to ask for the PDF file of the report, they told me that they can only send it through the courier service for security reasons. Wow, dude, you're already calling me, gathering all my personal info, starting processes, and now you're bringing up security. The delivery is still happening, but I'm worried that the price of the device might go up. Can you please email me the report in PDF format? The service request number I have is 252009207518, and the device's serial number is HVA5H0Z4.
