Lenovo Failed Me with Thinkbook Support and Warranty Upgrade

I have been a Lenovo user for a long time and I have never had so many problems. I bought a Lenovo Thinkbook and the only reason I preferred Lenovo was the service quality of your call center. I have 8 different Lenovo devices at home and I have never had such problems with any of them. I call technical support, someone named Ms. B*** interrupts my conversation, there is no support for warranty upgrade. I am told that the device does not have phone support. I don't plan to buy any Lenovo-related product, let alone a device again. I am canceling the order of 35 devices that I negotiated with the dealer for the office I plan to set up. I don't plan to work with you again. I am being passed over with “warehouse” or any other reason, I want to upgrade the warranty, but I get meaningless answers. Lenovo has disappointed me so much right now that I will definitely never do business with you again.

Your approach, your speech, and even your tone of voice clearly indicate that you do not care. Thank you very much for not helping and for not caring. Rest assured, I will replace all my devices related to Lenovo. Lenovo is a disappointment. You are a company that lacks customer interest and focus, and you clearly indicated to me that you do not care and that I am just a case to you and that you do not care at all.
