Repair Parts Delivery Problem with the Lenovo Legion Y53 Laptop

I have a Lenovo Legion Y530 laptop. My charger adapter broke, and to buy a new one, I contacted customer service by phone and email. They told me to create a request for the part. I created the request. The process of creating the request and receiving feedback from Lenovo was very slow. Despite waiting for many weeks, I did not receive any response. Then, when I sent a follow-up email, I was informed that the item is not in stock, and my request is canceled. Most importantly, I was not notified about this, and I had to inquire. I am absolutely dissatisfied with the customer service and communication. Could there have been at least a notification that the item is not available? My computer is still working, and as a customer, I should have the right to receive the necessary parts. Should I use a counterfeit charger adapter? I don't want the laptop battery to suffer, and I demand the delivery of the original charger adapter.
