Lenovo Tab M10 Plus, Third Generation Tablet Freezes Whenever Used

On December 1, 2023, I purchased the Lenovo TAB M10 Plus 3rd Gen tablet. Upon setting it up and turning it on, I found that an update to Android 13 was available, which I installed. Over the past 5 days, I have been experiencing issues with slowdowns and freezes when switching between applications and using the stylus. Unfortunately, the store does not offer the option for an exchange or return, exacerbating the situation. I sincerely regret the purchase of this tablet, and I am hesitant to send it for service after only 5 days of use, especially considering that other reviews suggest that nothing is done with the software, and the tablet could be damaged during the process. Dear representatives, how can we resolve this issue? I bought this tablet for educational purposes, but currently, I cannot use it properly. I kindly request the necessary sensitivity in addressing this matter; otherwise, I will be forced to seek legal recourse.
