I’m Still Waiting for LEGO to Send My Missing Part Without Extra Costs

I purchased the LEGO Technic Shelby Cobra set, and it came with a missing part. I submitted a missing-part request through LEGO, and I’ve been waiting about three weeks for the process to be completed. For the missing part shipment, I was asked to pay a €30 customs fee, and I was also told to grant authorization to PTT and submit a declaration. As someone who works full-time, dealing with so many steps, documents, and extra costs for a single missing piece has caused me significant inconvenience.

Even though my product is under warranty, I want the missing part to be delivered to my address without any extra fees or document requirements. So far, I haven’t received any response from customer service either. I request that my issue be resolved.
