Missing Piece from My Lego Set – I Need a Replacement or a Refund

I purchased a Lego set, but it’s missing a piece. I submitted a request for the missing part through the website, only to receive an email saying they can’t fulfill my request. After spending a significant amount of money on this set and buying it with great excitement, it now feels incomplete or even useless.

I’m asking for immediate action to resolve this issue. Either the missing piece should be provided, or I should receive a full refund for the product. Please address this as soon as possible.
