I requested missing parts for my son's Lego sets under order number 3020128257, but I received an email saying the verification failed. I’m certain that I entered my order number and address correctly, yet my request was rejected. I was told that Lego offers this service, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any support. It feels like a deceptive process, and I’m really disappointed. I expected a better experience from Lego, especially when it comes to something as simple as replacing missing parts. Please address this issue and provide the assistance that was promised.
