I purchased a Lego set from the Lego Store for my child, but to my disappointment, several pieces were missing from the box. When I contacted Lego customer support, they informed me that the set was part of a faulty batch and needed to be replaced. However, the store where I purchased the set is a franchise, and they claim they need approval from the central office to proceed with the exchange.
Now, I am stuck between Lego’s central office and the franchise store, with no resolution in sight. I simply want to exchange the defective product, but there seems to be no clear point of contact. I request immediate assistance to resolve this frustrating situation and replace the product.
