Paid Lego Set for Child's Birthday Never Delivered, Order Disappeared

Two weeks ago, I ordered a gear Lego set as a birthday gift for my 3-year-old child. It was supposed to arrive by December 5 or 6, but when I checked the status, it shows, "No orders in the last 3 months." I paid for the item in full, yet there is no record of my order.
To make matters worse, there seems to be no way to contact a customer representative for assistance. It’s baffling that such a large retail platform would handle orders so poorly and leave customers stranded like this. I demand an immediate resolution, either a refund or the delivery of the toy as promised. This level of service is unacceptable.
