LEGO Lamborghini Revuelto Veers Left When Moving Forward

Around September 23, 2026, I purchased a LEGO Lamborghini Revuelto set through Amazon for approximately $142. While assembling the set, I encountered a technical problem with the motorized section. When I make the vehicle move forward, it should travel straight, but instead it veers to the left. This problem continues even though I assembled the product correctly and followed all the instructions.

After experiencing this issue, I contacted LEGO Store Turkey through several channels, including WhatsApp. I explained the problem in detail via WhatsApp and sent videos and messages, but I did not receive any satisfactory response beyond automated replies. I repeatedly wrote messages such as “This is the problem,” “Hello,” and “I have not received a response,” but no solution was provided.

I am experiencing significant inconvenience because I cannot properly use the product due to this technical defect and have also been unable to receive a response from customer service. I expect LEGO to replace my defective Lamborghini Revuelto set with an identical, fully functional product without any defects. I kindly request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible.
