LEGO FIFA World Cup Set Is Missing 20 to 25 Pieces

I purchased a LEGO FIFA World Cup set through the D&R website. I bought the product about a month ago, opened the box two days ago, and yesterday I noticed a significant issue while assembling it. When I opened Bag 6 inside the box, the smaller inner bag that should have been included was missing. As a result, approximately 20–25 pieces are missing, and I had to stop the assembly before completing the set.

I wanted to enjoy completing the product, but I am unable to use it properly because of the missing pieces. I request that the missing inner bag and pieces be provided and sent to me, or that an appropriate solution be offered to resolve the inconvenience I have experienced.
