Lego 10318 Concorde Missing Parts




I purchased the 10318 code Concorde airplane set from Lego’s official online store on 12/12/2025. When we opened the box, we noticed that some parts were missing. In mid-January, I reported this situation to Lego via the form on its own website, by e‑mail and by calling customer service. Despite the time that has passed, neither have the missing parts been sent to me nor have I received a clear response about the status of my request. The fact that this problem has still not been resolved after such a long wait has caused serious disappointment for me in terms of both the product and the brand. Instead of continuing to struggle with missing parts, I request that my grievance be resolved by replacing the 10318 Concorde set with a new one. I kindly ask that a prompt, clear and permanent solution be provided without further delay.
